Figure 1) When the Timer is first powered up, the display shows the lane numbers from left to right.
Figure 2) After the Start Gate is closed, if the red reset button on the control box is pressed, the display will show a dash in the center of each LED.
Figure 3) When the Start Gate is opened, the dash moves to the bottom of the LED display indicating that the race is on.
